Sarah's Real Estate career began in 2008 when she joined her brother, and mentor, Jason Binab and his award winning team.

“I love residential real estate” Sarah says. “I love architecture, in particular Bio- Architecture and “Green” Building. I am inspired by interior design and adore gardens and landscaping. I admire the history of Victoria and its many unique municipalities and I am captivated how each house tells its own story. But more importantly,” Sarah explains, “I love helping people find their desired homes, connecting investors with revenue properties, or their future development sites.”

Sarah is hands-on with each real estate transaction. She understands the importance of detail and thrives on exceeding client expectations. She is down to earth, honest and reliable and conveys a positive outlook on life.

Sarah has had the pleasure of growing up in Victoria. She has a deep appreciation for what strengths and differences each part of Victoria has to offer and has a skill at pairing individuals and families with the right neighbourhood.

She has also lived throughout BC, from the Kootneys and North Okanagan, to Vancouver, Gulf Islands, the Sunshine Coast and Squamish. But Victoria is and always will be her home.

When not working you can find Sarah on an outdoor adventure with her husband and 2 children. She loves the arts, Yoga and is fascinated by Feng Shui.
